“Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!” – Wizard of Oz
I might not be a wizard but I thought I’d give you a rare look behind the curtain.
One of the things I am so proud of at M3 Creative is the stellar red carpet service we offer to our clients. Between the custom design consultations, the wardobe consultations, the custom session itself, the proofing appointment… all the way down to the hand delivered products and installation of that wall portrait. That means there is a TON going on behind the scenes.
It’s always fun showing up on location with my lighting equipment. You’d be surprised by some of the comments passers by make. This is my buddy, Speedlight. He can make a sunset when you can’t see one behind the clouds. He can turn the wall pink, blue, or whatever color you like. He goes with me just about everywhere.
He even comes a long for on location headshot appointments at some of the big corporate buildings here in the Dallas metroplex. He like to wear some special gear from time to time in order to perfect that lighting situation for your photos.
Mr. Speedlight has siblings. We will call them Speedlight 2, 3, 4, and 5. They don’t make an appearance too often but if your wedding reception is indoors, you’ll bet they are standing guard around the room. They have a couple cousins too used for projects that need a little more power.
But, that’s enough about lighting equipment. Want to know my all time favorite thing (besides sitting at the computer for hours editing images)?
My all time favorite is packaging up all the beautiful artwork, albums, and books in preparation for delivery. Did you know that we hand deliver most items and will even assist with installing the artwork on the wall for you. When we say we offer white glove service, we mean it. In fact, any time we handle your finished prints, canvas, albums, etc. we are wearing our white gloves to provide that upscale level of care. We treat your order with the same respect as those who care for well-known museum artwork like the Mona Lisa.
